The hostess should have the baby shower games ready in a certain area with the prizes so she can bring it all out together quickly. Games should be limited to 3-5, with each game lasting 5-15 minutes, and lasting no longer than 30 minutes total. Keep in mind: some games last much longer than others, so try to have a short game (5 minutes), a long game (15 minutes), a medium length game (10 minutes), and maybe another short game.

He or she can help you figure out how slowly you should start and warning signs that may occur if there is a problem or if your are pushing too hard. Spicey and fried foods are hard on your stomach when it isn't pregnant, when it is, they are much worse! Try to avoid spicey foods until you are looking to start labor (just a myth)! Stay away from fried foods completely if you can.
