The host should be the one who decides the approximate number of people who will be invited, based on the venue and budget. A good suggestion would be to have the main party at the home of the mother-to-be because that way, she does not have to haul all the great gifts back home…she just puts them in the baby’s room.

Many parents choose to narrow their list down to two or three of their favorite names and then wait until they see the baby for the first time to actually choose the name. This may give you and your child a special sense of pride. "He just looked like a Jeremy!"

Dizziness during or after your pregnancy workout that is persistant or accompanied by blurred vision and/or headaches may be a sign of anemia or other serious illness. Cool down and advise your doctor or midwife.
