Most people feel that the first baby should be the only baby shower that is given for the mom-to-be. However, there are exceptions to this "rule." For example, if the woman has had one or more children at one point in her life, and then sells or donates everything because she is “done” having kids, only to find out several years later she is going to have another baby and will need everything again.

Many people look to religious doctrine to select a name. Christians may want to go to the Bible as a resourse and choose a traditional biblical name. Jewish people may refer to the Koran, etc.

Dizziness during or after your pregnancy workout that is persistant or accompanied by blurred vision and/or headaches may be a sign of anemia or other serious illness. Cool down and advise your doctor or midwife.

Try to eat cold meals which can be easier on morning sickness both in taste and smell. Fruit and bread products are often the easiest to get down.
