The hostess should have the baby shower games ready in a certain area with the prizes so she can bring it all out together quickly. Games should be limited to 3-5, with each game lasting 5-15 minutes, and lasting no longer than 30 minutes total. Pre-natal vitamins that contain iron are harder on the stomach. Ask your doctor if you can try vitamins without the extra iron in them, unless you are anemic.
