Although many woman say it helps them feel stronger and healthier to exercise while pregnant, noone should feel bad about relaxing and putting their feet up, especially if your doctor says you should not exercise.

Try to eat cold meals which can be easier on morning sickness both in taste and smell. Fruit and bread products are often the easiest to get down.
