Who should host the shower? It is a very diverse list, which includes: mother, mother-in-law, sister or sister-in law, friend(s) at work, close personal friend, another female relative with whom you are close, or any number of other people. Really whomever offers!

Many parents choose to narrow their list down to two or three of their favorite names and then wait until they see the baby for the first time to actually choose the name. This may give you and your child a special sense of pride. "He just looked like a Jeremy!"

Before starting an exercise routine while you are pregnant, talk to your doctor or midwife. He or she can help you figure out how slowly you should start and warning signs that may occur if there is a problem or if your are pushing too hard.
