Baby Names Plus Quick Tips
Baby Shower PlanningMost people feel that the first baby should be the only baby shower that is given for the mom-to-be. However, there are exceptions to this "rule." For example, if the woman has had one or more children at one point in her life, and then sells or donates everything because she is “done” having kids, only to find out several years later she is going to have another baby and will need everything again.
Baby NamingSince parents must choose the first and middle name, they tend to think of how the first and middle name sound together when making their decision. But that is not how the child will be addressed on a daily basis. So, say the names out loud using first and last name, which is how the child will almost always be addressed. For example, if it the baby name begins or ends with the same letter as the first letter of your last name, it may sound awkward.
Pregnancy ExerciseYour heart rate should never increase beyond 140 beats per minute while exercising, especially while pregnant. If you are sweating profusely or you cannot talk while working out, you are exercising too hard.
Morning SicknessThere are many remedies that have been suggested for morning sickness, such as: drinking ginger ale; having a snack next to the bed to eat before you get up; morning sickness wrist bands; and eating many small meals instead of 3 large meals.
