Baby Shower Planning

The most crucial pieces of information to include on a baby shower invitation: date, time, place (with directions from several points), who the shower is for, RSVP information (with a respond-by date), the sex of the baby (if known), and where the mother-to-be is registered for gifts. If there is special information pertaining to this particular shower, by all means, include that also.

Baby Naming

While it may be exciting to present some of your favorite names to friends and family, they can be very opinionated! If they "hate" a name you have chosen as one of your favorites, it may cause resentment.
