Baby Shower Planning

A good time for the baby shower to be held is in the 7th to 8th month. At this point, the woman knows the sex of the baby (if she chooses) and though she is clearly showing, she is not completely miserable yet! If you wait until the 9th month, it may be too late if she delivers early, or she may be so uncomfortable that she is hardly in the mood for a party!

Baby Naming

Instead of naming your son after his father or your daughter after her mother, try using the opposite name for the opposite sex. Victor and Nikki would name their children Victoria and Nicholas (For you Young and the Restless fans!)

Pregnancy Exercise

If you feel sick to your stomach after working out while pregnant, you have probably built up too much lactic acid in your stomach. Cool down and realx for a while and if the nausea persists, call your doctor or midwife.
