If the mom-to-be has a large family, whomever is hosting may decide to rent a hall or church that has a large area for parties. That way, the mother-to-be can have a bigger guest list. In this instance, it may be better to have a cover dish arrangement with the guests, but this must be organized so that there are enough main dishes, side dishes, drinks and desserts to make a full meal. If the hostess has a bigger budget, she may choose to have it catered.

When choosing your baby's name, always consider the last name. Be sure to say the two names together several times to see how they sound together. First and last names that begin with the same letter can sound very awkward.

Some warning signs to look for when exercising during pregnancy are: bleeding from vagina, dizziness, headache, chest pains, leaking fluid from vagina and muscle weakness. If any of these signs are present, you should stop exercising and call your doctor.

Morning Sickness

Spicey and fried foods are hard on your stomach when it isn't pregnant, when it is, they are much worse! Try to avoid spicey foods until you are looking to start labor (just a myth)! Stay away from fried foods completely if you can.
